Some projects start with a sound. Others start with a story, a stage, a brand, or an audience that needs to feel something. A few start with “it’ll be simple.” Those are our favorite, because they never are.
Alsavort works where those worlds meet. We develop the idea, give it a look and a sound, then handle the unglamorous part too: cable runs, cue sheets and the 6 a.m. load-in.
More than a decade of leading live-production crews taught us one thing. The audience never sees the plan. They only feel whether it worked. So we make it work.
What we do
Different disciplines.One connected vision.
Follow the arrows. Each discipline is a different way of getting an idea into the world, and they all hand off to each other like a well-run crew.
01Creative direction
Give the idea a clear identity.
Concepts, brand storytelling, campaigns, visual communication and presentations. We find the right language, then build a world around the work that people recognize.
Fine print: includes at least one moodboard nobody asked for.

02Music & entertainment
Make it worth hearing.
Music-led projects, artist collaborations, original concepts, performance programming, and the production thinking behind live experiences that mean something.
Fine print: we know the difference between loud and good.
↓
03Live event production
Bring the room to life.
Production planning, technical direction and show execution for corporate events, concerts and festivals, connecting the people, departments and details behind the experience.
Fine print: the coffee urn is always the first thing to fail.
←
04Video & show operations
Make every moment count.
Camera and robotic-camera operation, video systems, graphics, playback, speaker ready rooms, show workflows and the technical coordination that keeps a production running.
Fine print: yes, the slides will be 16:9. We’ll check twice.
↓
05Audio, lighting & LED
Build the experience.
Audio production, lighting support, LED systems and general AV. Practical technical capability in service of the bigger creative and production goals.
Fine print: spare batteries, spare spares, and a spare for those.
→
06Production partnerships
Work as one team.
Join an existing crew in a defined technical role, or bring us in early to help shape and deliver the whole project. The scope follows the work, not a fixed package.
Fine print: we bring snacks. It isn’t in the contract. It’s who we are.

How we work
Good work isconnected work.
01
Understand it.
Start with the purpose, the audience, the room and the constraints, before deciding what anything should look or sound like.
02
Shape it.
Build a creative direction and production plan that belong to this project. No templates. We checked under the desk.
03
Make it happen.
Bring the right people and disciplines together, from planning and rehearsal through to the moment the house lights go down.
04
Strike it.
Load-out, thank-you notes, and the annual mystery of whose phone charger got left at front of house.
The person behind it
Built by someonewho knowsboth sides of the stage.
Musician. Holds the guitar, reads the room, quietly wonders who set the monitor mix.
Alsavort is led by Deo Salvator Iratwumva (Salva), a live-production professional, musician and creative strategist.
His work has crossed concerts, festivals, corporate productions, visual storytelling and artist-led projects. In Rwanda he founded and led Alsavort Production Ltd, directing technical crews and delivering shows across disciplines.
